We try to respond to all queries within 2-4 days, Monday-Friday.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to process orders within 2-4 working days. During busy periods we may increase this processing time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We use APC Overnight as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information directly from them within 24 hours of your order leaving the brewery.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 working days of receiving your shipping notification, please check your tracking information supplied. If you have further issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one at home, the driver will leave a calling card. If you have provided your mobile number or email address, APC Overnight will send you a notification confirming this.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately this is not something our system allows us to do.
If you would like to return an item please email email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Any returned items will need to be returned in their original condition. Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email from APC Overnight with your tracking information.
You can request to have your order left in a safe place/with a neighbour if you aren’t going to be home.
APC Overnight may require a signature upon receipt of the parcel, this can be from a recipient at the delivery address or a neighbour. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels.
